We will have a fabulous cohort of speakers who are all doctors who coach doctors. We get the healthcare industry, the mindset that helps and can hinder at times, and the potential in each of us that we can reach with coaching.
Just like how most sports persons who have coaches to will have a coach to improve their game, having a coach from medical school and beyond can give you an edge you didn’t know you had.
Coaching for doctors has a good evidence base including in journals such as the JAMA, with reduction in burnout and imposter syndrome as well as increase in self-compassion through regular coaching.
Not only does having a coach benefit your emotional health and wellbeing, career, relationships and more, coaching is an endorsed activity for CPD.
