About this Talk

In theory coaching is different from mentoring and giving supervision or (psycho)therapy, each with unique contributions to personal and professional development. While there may be overlap in skills and techniques for these practices, they serve different purposes and require distinct boundaries and competencies. In reality these boundaries can be less clear.

This presentation will explore the similarities and differences of these practices and the practical consequences resulting from unclear boundaries.
