With a much needed overseas sabbatical planned in 2020– Heidi suddenly found herself locked in Auckland and utilized this time to train as a coach.
In August 2023, Heidi found herself flipped from doctor to patient.
Heidi will take us on a journey to discover how coaching can enable trust in ourselves, encourage us to look for lifeguards and reframe the situations we can find ourselves in.
We will explore how unexpected challenges life throws at us, can in fact be lifelines if we dig a little deeper.
